Open Doors Financial Aide

The Wichita Falls YMCA is a not-for-profit social services organization committed to helping people grow in spirit, mind and body. YMCA’s are here to serve people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities and incomes. The Y is community-based and believes that its programs and services should be available to everyone. That’s why the YMCA offers an OPEN DOORS program. OPEN DOORS is a sliding fee scale that is designed to fit each individual’s financial situation.

Membership Guidelines

· Each Wichita Falls YMCA membership is honored at all YMCA facilities in Wichita Falls.

· No one will be denied access to any YMCA program due to race, color, age, sex, disability, national origin, political belief, or religious creed.

· Membership Cards must be presented at the front desk to use the facilities.

· Youth 8 through 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent to use the gym, track, and racquetball/handball courts during open times.

· The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

· No food or drinks permitted in workout areas or locker rooms, except water.

· Refunds on classes will not be given on programs already in progress unless canceled by the YMCA, where a full refund will be given.

· “Upon registration, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Wichita Falls Metropolitan YMCA, its officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, damages or liabilities for personal injuries or property damage arising out of or in any way connected with YMCA facilities or activities.

Corporate Membership Opportunities

Eligible employers will receive a discount level based on number of employees participating. We also offer a 15% discount for active military and are willing to work with small business as well. Contact the Downtown Branch YMCA for more information.

Military Membership Discount

All active duty military personnel will receive a 15% discount on YMCA Membership.
