STROLLER FITNESS
This is a total fitness program designed for moms and their babies/toddlers. Class consists of power walking (outdoors/indoors) with intervals of body toning using resistance tubing, strollers, and even your child. What you need: you, your baby, stroller, towel or mat, and a water bottle.

GET FIT (Aerobic Room)
A variety workout for everyone with cardio, abs and stretch.
